As a long time Southern California resident who graduated with a degree in architecture from the University of Southern California in 2005. For more than 18 years, Behtash has developed design and construction documents for numerous award-winning projects across the United States and internationally, including Asia, South America and the Middle East. His experience includes master-planned communities; hospitality and resorts; mixed use, multifamily, luxury single family, custom residences; and golf course communities.
