Behtash Azar is a Southern California local who specializes in designing contemporary customer homes. He has designed, project managed, and developed construction documents for numerous award-winning projects.

Since earning his degree in architecture from the University of Southern California in 2005, he’s spent two decades bringing architectural projects to life across the US and around the world—from Asia, South America, and the Middle East.

His diverse experience includes luxury single-family homes, custom residences, master-planned communities, hospitality and resort developments, mixed-use and multifamily projects, golf course communities, and luxury care dealerships.
